In the heart of the Portuguese capital, an apartment was born that is more than just a home; it is a manifesto of identity. A French couple, in love with Comporta and the Portuguese way of life, found the ideal space here to experience the city as a family, without giving up the connection to nature they value so much.
The project, designed by Atelier Andringa Studio, combines Parisian sophistication, the relaxed vibe of the Alentejo coast, and the incomparable light of Lisbon. The interior prioritizes natural materials—wood, stone, terracotta, fibers, and textiles—creating a warm and organic atmosphere. Outside, the terrace with its wide views extends this atmosphere and becomes a meeting space, shaped by greenery from Horto do Campo Grande, integrated into custom-made Horto Collection planters that provide privacy and comfort.
Each room opens onto this green extension, where plants are not just decoration, but an integral part of the apartment’s living experience. The careful selection of species brought balance and freshness, helping to build a setting of intimacy and well-being right in the city center.
