- Salmon fillets;
- Virgin olive oil to taste;
- Coarse salt to taste;
- 2 Lemons (juice and garnish);
- 500 g Arugula;
- 1 Red pepper;
- Parsley and capers to taste
Preparation
- Season the salmon with lemon and salt.
- Place on a preheated grill and let it sear. At this step, you can choose to braise or grill the salmon.
- Sauté the red pepper cut into strips in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt.
