HCG MARKS ITS PRESENCE, ONCE AGAIN,
AT THE GEC JOB FAIR

On October 24, Horto do Campo Grande was present at the 10th Job Fair of the Carnide Employment Group (GEC), an initiative promoted by APEA (Portuguese Association for Supported Employment) and the RedEmprega Lisboa Program, which took place at LISPOLIS Space in Lisbon. The event brought together various organizations and companies with the common purpose of promoting the professional integration of people in vulnerable situations.
During this event, multiple direct contacts were made between candidates and employers in a dynamic and collaborative environment that sought to create real employment opportunities and boost the economic and social development of the capital.
The RedEmprega Lisboa fairs have established themselves as a meeting space between talent and opportunity, applying supported employment and job matching methodologies to ensure a better match between profiles and available positions.
In this year’s edition, Horto do Campo Grande, represented by Andreia Cunha, head of the Human Resources Department, and Patrícia Brízida, head of the Exterior Maintenance Department, joined around 30 organizations that believe in inclusion and the importance of opening pathways to a more promising future. A participation that reflects the Group’s commitment to sustainable growth, valuing people, and building a fairer and more participatory community.
