AN OUTDOOR SPACE DESIGNED DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL IN PORTO COVO

We transformed the outdoor area of a home in Porto Covo through a landscaping intervention that combines flower beds, planters, and different plant species. The project, by landscape architect Ruben Aires, was carried out by landscape architect Andreia de Sousa Calado from Horto do Campo Grande’s Green Spaces Design and Construction Department. It highlights a diversity of textures, volumes, and tones, creating a Mediterranean feel integrated with the home’s architecture. The intervention brings nature to every corner of the outdoor space, balancing circulation areas, places to relax, and plant elements chosen to match the property’s character.
HORTO COLLECTION FEATURES IN A PROJECT BY JÚLIA PRESOTTO
ON A CAMPO DE OURIQUE BALCONY
In Campo de Ourique, Lisbon, the Horto Collection planters and lift-top bench are part of a residential project by architect and interior decorator Júlia Presotto, where the balcony was designed as an extension of the home. The planters give structure to the presence of numerous plants, while the lift-top bench adds a functional solution without compromising the look of the space, by creating additional storage. An example of how Horto Collection can meet different architecture and interior design projects, balancing design, functionality, and a closer connection with nature.
HORTO COLLECTION PLANTERS ENHANCE AN INSTALLATION AT EVOLUTION LISBOA HOTEL

At EVOLUTION Lisboa Hotel, the four-star hotel in Saldanha, Lisbon, interior architecture meets a contemporary, urban language present throughout the hotel’s different spaces.
It is in this context that Horto Collection planters were added to the top of an existing installation in the hotel, made up of lighting and a plant arrangement. Horto do Campo Grande was responsible for the execution and installation of the planters, creating a solution that works with the structure and adds a new plant presence to the overall set.
The intervention showcases one of the features that sets Horto Collection apart: the ability to respond to different contexts and projects, adapting solutions to the characteristics of each space. The planters are produced by Horto do Campo Grande and can be customized in shape, size, color, and finish, allowing for a more precise integration into each project’s design language.
In this case, choosing planters at the top of the installation allows the greenery to follow the existing composition without changing its character. The result brings the plant elements even closer to the experience of those using the space, reinforcing the presence of nature in a distinctly urban environment.
