HCG received, on May 22, a pedagogical audit exercise developed within the scope of the Postgraduate Program in Integrated Management Systems at Instituto Superior de Gestão (ISG), with support from SGS Academy.

Integrated into Horto do Campo Grande’s Integrated Management System as an External Audit, this initiative involved different departments, teams, and processes of the company, providing participants with direct contact with the operational reality of an organization active in areas such as construction and maintenance of green spaces, interior decoration, commerce, and specialized services.
Throughout the day, the different audit groups followed procedures associated with interior and exterior maintenance, purchasing and stock management, sales, customer satisfaction, document management, safety, and risk assessment, allowing them to apply in a real context the knowledge developed throughout their training.

For Horto do Campo Grande, this action also represented an opportunity to share practices and recognize the work developed internally in terms of organization, continuous improvement, and monitoring of operational processes. The collaboration with training and auditing entities further reinforces the importance of bringing together the academic and business contexts, contributing to training that is more aligned with the demands of the job market.
By hosting this initiative, Horto do Campo Grande also joined an exercise that sought to prepare future professionals in the field of integrated management, providing them with contact with methodologies, challenges, and concrete requirements of the business sector.

“It was a very positive experience for all parties involved. For the participants, it represented an opportunity for direct contact with the reality of a functioning company and with the practical application of management systems. For Horto do Campo Grande, it was equally important to open doors to this type of initiative, which promotes knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the connection between academic training and the professional context,” says Pedro Pulido Valente, HCG Marketing and Public Relations Director.
