The Premium Meats course, in partnership with our official meat supplier José Ignácio, was a true celebration of flavors and the art of grilling.
With the usual guidance of our Grill Master Gabriel Lascas, and the special participation of guest chef David Igrejas, from the José Ignácio team, participants explored techniques, temperature control tips and tricks to elevate each cut to a new level.
Master tips and a final tasting that left no one indifferent, this was another highly successful course at Weber Store Lisbon, in our garden at Quinta da Eira, in Sintra.
