Contact with the public is, every day, one of the most visible faces of Horto do Campo Grande. It is precisely for this reason that it requires attention, availability and a careful approach, even at times when the pace is more demanding. There are situations where customers need guidance and answers, and in these cases, the way we welcome, listen and direct them makes all the difference. A calm attitude, a cordial word and a genuine willingness to help can transform a difficult interaction into a positive experience. The same applies among colleagues: when one of us cannot respond to a request, mutual support, attention and team spirit are important to ensure that the customer remains accompanied and gets answers to their questions. Working with the public therefore requires a constant effort of availability. Regardless of mood, personal concerns or day-to-day pressure, those who serve customers must maintain focus on what is essential: helping, clarifying and finding solutions with respect and professionalism. Often, it is this approach that determines not only how the service unfolds, but also how the customer sees us and seeks us out again. It is this consistent behavior, among colleagues and towards those who visit us, that builds trust, strengthens relationships and creates good experiences.
