As a result of more than 40 years‘ experience and in response to our customers’ needs, we have formulated our own brand of substrate with 3 varieties:
HCG universal outdoor substrate
Universal substrate for planting and transplanting a wide range of outdoor plants, with the exception of plants that require an acidic pH. It has the right physical and chemical composition for healthy plant growth and development. Enriched with controlled and slow release fertiliser for up to 3 months (capsulated nitrogen) and other nutrients with immediate release effects.
Composition: Forest humus, Sphagnum blonde peat, Siro Agro 1 (pine bark humus – RAL certified), Siro Agro 2 (matured horse manure) and mineral fertiliser for up to 3 months (capsulated nitrogen).
HCG universal indoor + balcony substrate
Special substrate for planting and transplanting all types of indoor and balcony plants. It is enriched with controlled, slow-release mineral fertiliser for 6 months, with a formulation suitable for promoting the green colour of plant foliage.
The incorporation of micro-grained expanded clay into the substrate favours aeration/drainage while creating stable humidity, which promotes optimal conditions for plants to develop fully and healthily.
Composition: Pine bark humus, Sphagnum blonde peat, Pine bark 00-08 mm, Coco peat and controlled and slow release mineral fertiliser for up to 6 months.
Premium quality universal substrate, ideal for planting and transplanting a wide range of demanding plants, especially flowering plants, with the exception of plants that require an acidic pH. It is enriched with controlled and slow-release organic fertilisers, which provide the appropriate nutrients for healthy plant development for up to 5 months. The natural humic and fulvic acids present in the humus promote excellent conditions for the growth of the plant’s root system, and in combination with Perlite and Coco peat, create balanced aeration and drainage for the substrate.
Composition: Pine Bark Humus, Blonde Sphagnum Peat, Coco peat, Perlite and slow-release organic fertiliser for up to 5 months.
