2 – The species Abies fraseri, Abies nordmanniana and Picea omorika have roots, so they are delivered potted. However, if you intend to plant these pines in the garden after the Christmas season, you should note the following:
Location: Being conifers that in their natural habitat are found outdoors in regions with cold climates, they should remain indoors for as short a time as possible. When kept indoors, they should be placed in a cool location that is frequently ventilated, and kept away from heat sources such as fireplaces or heating systems.
Watering: They should be watered regularly (don’t forget to place a saucer under the pot to avoid damaging the floor at home). But beware of waterlogging, which can cause root rot. After watering, make sure the saucer is not full of water, or only water again when you verify that the saucer no longer contains water from the previous watering.
Light: When planting in the garden, choose a sunny location that is not too exposed to the sun during the hottest hours, especially in the warmer months of the year.
Soil: They can be planted in all types of substrates/soils, avoiding calcareous ones.

Yes, you can choose to pick up your products at one of our 3 Garden Centers (Campo Grande, Quinta da Eira-Sintra, and Fernão Ferro).
After the order is shipped, the system sends an email to the address provided by the customer with the tracking number from CTT, our distribution partner, so you can track the order.
To ensure you receive the products in the best condition, only one delivery attempt is planned. We suggest you choose a day and time when someone will be home to receive the order, provide a contact phone number, and include any useful instructions in the notes.

For legal reasons, when plants leave our Garden Centers, their phytosanitary passport loses its validity, so they cannot be placed back into the commercial circuit. Therefore, we cannot exchange or accept returns for plants or flowers.

After receiving the product, you have 14 days to communicate your intent to return it (Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014); after communication, you have another 14 days to send the product.
