Each piece of feedback is an opportunity to understand what customers want and value, and to create and improve processes. Issues that may go unnoticed due to the fast pace of daily life, but when analyzed, result in improvements that generate positive results, more satisfied and loyal customers.<br\/>Hence the importance of promoting internal sharing of this information, so that all departments can contribute suggestions and at the same time benefit from the solutions found.<\/p>\n\n<p>We share some of the comments
