In Alfama, one of the capital’s most authentic and popular neighbourhoods, Casagrand Lisboa is the result of the careful restoration of a building with a rich history, made up of multiple lives. Formerly a school, fado house, jazz club and even a doctor’s office, this building is now a sophisticated space, designed for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and an experience close to Lisbon’s culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project, designed by the architecture firm Entre Planos and Cellar Interiorismo (design and decoration), combines historical elements, such as the more than 13,500 original tiles distributed throughout the spaces, with modern and sustainable solutions. With a total area of around 3,100 m\u00b2, the building offers 13 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, large common areas and a home automation system that combines functionality and energy efficiency. Every detail has been designed to preserve the identity of the place and offer an experience of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Vera Quintas, responsible for the execution of the project, tells us, Horto do Campo Grande’s intervention focused on offering green solutions that involved a careful selection of pots and natural plants, which sought to emphasise the elegant and welcoming atmosphere of each corner. The pots, carefully chosen to integrate the aesthetic identity of the project, and the plant species, adapted to the light and environments, were selected to enhance the comfort, serenity and experience of the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signed by the Green Space Design and Construction Department team, this collaboration clearly demonstrates how the presence of nature can transform spaces, add comfort and invite the memory to store feelings of well-being and good recollections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
