A comforting dish that will delight everyone at home, even those who aren&#8217;t big fans of vegetables!<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh sausages;<\/li>\n<li>1 savoy cabbage;<\/li>\n<li>Bacon to taste;<\/li>\n<li>2 peeled tomatoes;<\/li>\n<li>1 bay leaf;<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove;<\/li>\n<li>1 onion;<\/li>\n<li>Virgin olive oil to taste;<\/li>\n<li>Coarse salt to taste;<\/li>\n<li>Pepper to taste.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separate the larger cabbage leaves (one for each sausage), wash them and blanch them in boiling water until they start to wilt.<\/li>\n<li>Drain them and let them cool.<\/li>\n<li>Then wrap the sausages tightly in each cabbage leaf, with the sausage parallel to the stem and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Make a saut\u00e9 with the chopped onion, garlic clove, bay leaf, olive oil and diced bacon.<\/li>\n<li>When golden, add the finely chopped peeled tomatoes, letting them cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add a glass of water and when it boils, season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Then place the sausages in the pot, close together so they don&#8217;t fall apart while cooking.
