Rich in vitamins, potassium, iron, calcium, and phosphorus, its powerful antioxidant properties strengthen the immune system.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br>Here is a suggestion for you to prepare with our vegetables:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 potatoes;<\/li>\n<li>3 carrots;<\/li>\n<li>2 zucchinis;<\/li>\n<li>1 piece of pumpkin;<\/li>\n<li>2 onions;<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic;<\/li>\n<li>watercress (leaves and stems);<\/li>\n<li>olive oil;<\/li>\n<li>water;<\/li>\n<li>salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Instructions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash the vegetables well, peel them, and cut them into pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Sort the watercress, separate the leaves, and use the most tender stems.<\/li>\n<li>In a pot, place all the vegetables except for the watercress leaves and cover with water.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt, cover, and let cook for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Once everything is cooked, remove a few carrot slices and set them aside.<\/li>\n<li>Blend the soup with a hand blender.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the seasoning and, if necessary, add a little more water; bring to a boil, add the watercress leaves and the reserved carrot cut into small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Let it boil for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add a drizzle of olive oil and it&#8217;s ready to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hortodocampogrande.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/02_HCG_blog_sopaagriao-1024x468.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8629\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With its characteristic flavor, watercress is a vegetable that can be consumed in juices, soups, and salads; its rich nutritional properties are very beneficial for your health.
