Close the bag and shake it well to distribute the seasonings evenly. <\/li><li>Heat half the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan, and add the chicken strips and mushrooms. <\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. <\/li><li>Add the vegetable mixture, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, and stir.
