The hotel underwent a major renovation by architect Alberto Cruz and his son Manuel Cruz, with the main objective of preserving the palace&#8217;s style as much as possible. The stained glass windows in the Columbano and E\u00e7a de Queir\u00f3s Rooms are original pieces from the Palace, as is the furniture in the E\u00e7a de Queir\u00f3s room.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hortodocampogrande.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/02_HCG_blog_img1x-4.jpg\" alt=\"Photographs &#xA9; Olissippo Lapa Palace Hotel\" class=\"wp-image-20105\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photographs \u00a9 Olissippo Lapa Palace Hotel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p><br\/>In every corner of the hotel, you can feel the influences of the 19th century, due to the preservation of the original style of the imposing mansion, through figures of aristocrats from the era painted on the walls and decorative elements created by Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro and his brother Columbano.
