The Japanese Aralia is a shrubby plant with broad, glossy dark green leaves, offering an exotic and lush appearance. Low maintenance, it can be kept indoors or outdoors (in sheltered spots). Combined with other tropical-looking plants, it creates the perfect “Urban Jungle” look. It is also a very ornamental and elegant element in contemporary gardens. Indoors, it rarely exceeds 1m in height, flowers (outdoors this may happen in spring), or bears fruit (outdoors this may happen in autumn). Outdoors, it can reach up to 4m. Fatsias can filter toxins from the air around them, such as formaldehyde, toluene, and benzene, making them an excellent choice for offices and bedrooms.<\/p>\n
