Scientific questions aside, this plant is as tough as it is stunning, and very similar to the white daisy. But it offers a wider range of colours—yellow, pink or even red petals, always with a yellow centre. It’s ideal for small spaces, adding colour and vibrancy to garden borders. With compact growth and elegant branching, Argyanthemum ‘Grandaisy’ stands out for its large, very showy flowers, usually in white or yellow tones, providing continuous flowering from spring through autumn. Well suited to our climate, it grows very well outdoors and doesn’t require special care, except for some protection in colder months or areas. Watering should be more regular in the warmer months, and it’s important to remove faded flowers to encourage the plant to produce new blooms, keeping it lush and floriferous. It’s also a perfect choice for pots and planters on balconies or terraces, as it’s a pollinator-friendly plant and, thanks to its highly ornamental character, delivers immediate visual impact—ideal if you want to create a more natural or country-style look.

Scientific name: Argyanthemum ‘Grandaisy’
Common names: Daisy, Canary daisy, Cape daisy
Family: Argyranthemum
Origin: Canary Islands
Category: Outdoor plant
Approximate height: 40-45cm
Diâmetro vaso: 19cm

CUIDADOS
Light: Full sun.
