Its small, vibrant flowers open during the<br \/>\nday, especially around 11 a.m., and close at the end of the<br \/>\nafternoon or on cloudy days, a phenomenon known as &#8220;nyctinasty&#8221;.<br \/>\nFlower colours range from yellow, pink, orange and white, making it<br \/>\nan excellent choice for dry gardens, borders or hanging baskets.
