Grow it in your garden:

Spinach has an annual life cycle but grows best in regions with mild temperatures, with the ideal range being between 13°C and 20°C. Therefore, it can be sown or planted between January and April (to harvest in Spring-Summer) or between August and October (to harvest in Autumn-Winter), and harvesting should occur 40 to 120 days after planting. For a good crop, spinach prefers well-drained, fertile soils rich in organic matter.
