Certification

Our business is guided by a code of values based on an environmental and socially responsible commitment, which is why our IMS – Integrated Management System – has been certified since 2008. As well as valuing the principles of this system, certification allows us to obtain benefits for the company and the client in terms of cost reduction and resource optimisation.

This Certification of our IMS – Integrated Management System is an indication of the excellence of our behavioural, theoretical, practical and procedural procedures, as well as recognition of the quality and good practices that we apply to our work and that set us apart from our competitors.

Norm NP EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

Allows the product or service to be designed and supplied on time, in order to meet the needs and expectations of the market, promoting the satisfaction, trust and loyalty of customers and end consumers. Internally, it promotes the clarification, systematisation and formalisation of responsibilities and authorities, the allocation of resources, the methodologies to be adopted and the controls to be carried out, avoiding added costs that may be associated with bad practices.

Norm EN ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems

Ensures the systematisation and formalisation of responsibilities and authorities, the allocation of resources, the methodologies to be adopted and the controls to be carried out, making it possible to establish “environmentally friendly” practices.

Norm EN ISO 45001:2023 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Requires adequate identification of the occupational health and safety risks associated with the organisation’s activities. It establishes and promotes practices, infrastructures and equipment that ensure a safe environment for our employees.

Quality, Environment and Safety Policy

It was Horto do Campo Grande’s concern, within the scope of its activity of Design, Construction and Maintenance of Green Spaces, Interior Decoration and Maintenance, Plant Rentals, Commercialisation of Plants, Flowers, Decoration and Gardening Articles, to define the Quality, Environment and Safety Policy in order to be compatible with its goals, customer needs, continuous improvement, commitment to protecting the environment and promoting means to protect the health and safety of employees, through the following commitments:

• Committed to complying with the requirements to continually improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System;
• Ensuring that all employees understand and comply with the policy and goals of the Management System;
• Carry out the service in accordance with the requirements agreed with the Client, aiming for their total satisfaction and doing everything in their power to exceed their expectations;
• Carry out the activity in accordance with established procedures, compliance obligations, legal requirements and applicable standards;
• Protecting the environment, including pollution prevention, the sustainable use of resources, mitigating and adapting to climate change, and protecting biodiversity and ecosystems;
• Ensuring that employees are trained and informed to carry out their tasks in an environmentally appropriate and safe manner;
• Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health problems, eliminating hazards, and reducing OSH risks, and promoting worker consultation and participation.
