Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets;
  • Virgin olive oil to taste;
  • Coarse salt to taste;
  • 2 Lemons (juice and garnish);
  • 500 g Arugula;
  • 1 Red pepper;
  • Parsley and capers to taste

Preparation

  • Season the salmon with lemon and salt.
  • Place on a preheated grill and let it sear. At this step, you can choose to braise or grill the salmon.
  • Sauté the red pepper cut into strips in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt.
