Hyatt Regency

Hyatt Regency Lisboa is a development that combines hotel and investment components. This project marks the arrival of one of the world’s largest hotel chains, Hyatt, in the Portuguese capital, through the hands of United Investments Portugal. Horto do Campo Grande is part of this project, where nature is integrated into the hotel’s luxurious environment.

Interior

The selection of plants for the Hyatt Regency took into account the characteristics and functionality of the spaces where they were placed. In the Spa area, the selection focused on tropical plant species adapted to these climatic conditions. To delimit spaces and create greater privacy, “hedge” structures were included in the project, which function as “natural screens” where we can find: Aglaonema, Dracaena Marginata, Kentia, Monstera Deliciosa, Spathiphyllum and Zamioculcas Zamifolia.

As for the selection of plants found on the side bed of the indoor pool, an area with greater light, the choice fell on tropical species that are more resistant to direct light, such as Dypsis Lutescens (Areca), Philodendron Xanadu, Sansevieria Trisfasciata, Strelitzia Nicolai and Zamioculcas Zamifolia.

Horto Collection flower boxes

For the ViseVersa Restaurant and Bar, the plants selected were the Ficus Benjamina in the shape of a tree, to be placed in the middle of the circular benches and the Kentias to decorate the space, which are found in white fiberglass planters, with the signature HC – Horto Collection, very resistant pieces with casters that allow easy movement, whether to change the floor plan or to facilitate cleaning the space.

The highlight of this restaurant’s interior project is the artistic installation on the interior wall of the space, which represents a woman whose hair was simulated through the creation of a vertical green structure with Rhipsalis Baccifera.
