Horto do Campo Grande designs any type of green space – patios, terraces and balconies, vertical gardens, rooftops, or gardens – whether public or private, in commercial or hotel areas, and can handle all phases of the project, from Preliminary Study, Licensing and Execution, as well as 3D Simulations, if the client wishes. Our technical team has extensive experience in project coordination, doing so in a creative and collaborative way with the other specialties that exist on site – Architecture, Infrastructure, Hydraulics, Electricity, among others.

The supervision of employees on site is always ensured and monitored by a Landscape Architect or Engineer in charge of the External Works and Projects Department, who also liaises with the developer.

Whatever the area or the specificities of the location, Horto do Campo Grande studies and presents the right solution for each case, providing proper advice on fundamental issues such as the garden structure, the type of soil most suitable for each situation, the plant species to use, as well as the most appropriate solutions regarding drainage, irrigation system and surfacing. At the end of the project, the garden or green space, and if the client also wishes to have maintenance services, the Landscape Architect responsible for the project coordinates with the Maintenance Department, ensuring the coordination and transmission of all technical information, among others, relevant to the proper functioning of the system and good coordination between operational teams.
