On November 17, the Quinta da Eira Garden hosted the first workshop of the Weber Store Lisbon Grill Academy, dedicated to “American Classics,” in a debut that exceeded expectations.
Under the guidance of our Grill Master, Gabriel Lascas, and guest Chef Diogo Vilela, participants explored techniques and flavors that transform any Weber grill into a true outdoor kitchen.
The strong turnout and enthusiasm throughout the workshop clearly demonstrate the desire to continue this training series, strengthening the partnership with Weber and paving the way for new culinary experiences at Horto do Campo Grande.
