Martinhal Residences

Owned by the Elegant Group and part of Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts, Martinhal Residences—designed by internationally renowned architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes—is a premium contemporary development offering comfortable, elegant apartments in a modern area of Lisbon, Parque das Nações. The landscaping project, by Atelier Ceregeiro, was carried out in full by Horto do Campo Grande.

Vertical Gardens

Several additional works were carried out at Martinhal Residences that proved to be an added value to the project, namely 12 natural vertical gardens, which serve as dividing walls on the penthouse balconies on the 14th floor, as well as planting olive trees and bushes on the rooftop (15th floor) , the building’s future common leisure area.
