The “American Barbecue” course, held on March 9, was sold out and brought lots of flavour and good vibes!

With the usual guidance from our Grill Master Gabriel Lascas, and guest chef Diogo Vilela, participants were introduced to some of the techniques and flavours of American barbecue. Between delicious grilled dishes, expert tips and mouth-watering tastings, this was another hugely successful course at Weber Store Lisbon, in our garden at Quinta da Eira, in Sintra.
