Rock in Rio Lisboa returns to Parque Tejo on June 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2026, once again counting on Horto do Campo Grande as the festival’s official supplier and partner. The connection between the two brands has been maintained since the first edition of Rock in Rio in Lisbon in 2004, in a partnership built over more than two decades and marked by a relationship of trust, proximity, and teamwork.

Over the years, Horto do Campo Grande has accompanied the evolution of the City of Rock, contributing to the creation of more natural, balanced, and welcoming spaces within an environment designed to host thousands of people. More than just a decorative presence, the green component has become part of the festival experience itself, helping to transform circulation, rest, and social areas into more comfortable and human spaces.
In this edition, Coca-Cola takes on the role of global sponsor, while Super Bock and BacanaPlay appear as official sponsors. The festival returns with a reinforced focus on comfort, the audience experience, and sustainability—values that align with Horto do Campo Grande’s vision for the spaces it develops and maintains.

In 2026, Horto do Campo Grande will once again handle the execution of the natural decoration for different areas of the venue, with a special focus on the VIP Area, whose creative concept was developed by the Rock in Rio team. Inspired by an idea of contemporary Portuguese identity and the “Atlantic Breeze” concept, the space seeks to bring the lightness of Lisbon summer days to the festival: the light, the freshness, the natural shade, and the sense of well-being associated with the proximity to the sea.
The choice of plants follows this identity precisely. The presence of lemon and olive trees, Mediterranean touches, and large-scale vegetation helps create brighter, more relaxed, and fresh environments, bringing the space closer to a natural aesthetic closely linked to the Portuguese lifestyle. In various parts of the VIP Area, the vegetation is fluidly integrated into the environment, accompanying rest areas, bars, buffets, and circulation areas, always with a light and sophisticated language.
The lemon trees add color, freshness, and a very Mediterranean identity, creating an immediate connection to the concept designed for this edition. Together with decorative elements inspired by Portuguese heritage, such as ceramic touches in blue and terracotta tones, the plant presence contributes to building an atmosphere that is simultaneously elegant, relaxed, and sensory.
Horto Collection solutions will also be part of the project again, allowing the vegetation to be adapted to the different needs of the venue in a versatile and harmonious way. Through these solutions, it will be possible to structure spaces, create natural frames, and soften the scale of the festival without losing the visual coherence of the environment.

In addition to the VIP Area, Horto do Campo Grande’s intervention will extend to various zones of the City of Rock, including premium areas, support spaces, dressing rooms, technical zones, and different routes throughout the venue. In all these spaces, nature will be worked not just as a decorative element, but as an integral part of the audience experience, helping to create more comfortable, fresh, and visually balanced environments.
In a venue the size of Parque Tejo, where routes and meeting points play a central role, the vegetation also helps to guide, welcome, and create moments of pause in the intense rhythm of the festival.

“Being part of Rock in Rio Lisboa since its first edition in Portugal is something very special for Horto do Campo Grande. This partnership represents the relationship of immense trust built over several years and demonstrates how nature can contribute to transforming large events into experiences that are more sustainable, welcoming, and emotionally closer to people,” says Joaquim Silveira, General Manager of Horto do Campo Grande.

“There is a relationship of trust and proximity with the organization that facilitates careful work, which is developed in a short space of time and very intensely. The challenge is to transform large-scale spaces into more festive, welcoming, and appealing environments, and this can only be achieved with the dedication of a very committed and professional team, which takes the field with the same energy that the public experiences the festival,” highlights Filipa Costa Almeida, responsible for the execution of the landscaping project.
