Elizabeth is a majestic rose producing clusters of large, rosette-shaped blooms. Its fresh pink hue, reminiscent of apple blossoms, gradually fades to a very soft blush white. It features a strong, sweet, and fresh fragrance with notes of lemon sherbet and old rose. Exceptionally healthy and versatile, it forms an elegant and commanding shrub. This rose was named in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Fragrance: Sweet old rose scent, strong intensity.
Flower size: Medium (5–8 cm diameter).

CARE
Light: Full sun (needs at least 4 hours of direct sun per day to bloom well).
Temperature: Roses are well-adapted to temperate climates. They prefer temperatures between 15 °C and 28 °C but can withstand lows of -20 °C.
Watering: Moderate—after planting, during the first summer, and during flowering seasons. Reduce watering in winter. If outdoors, let the rain do the work (only water during prolonged dry spells).
Fertilisation: Use a suitable rose fertiliser during spring and summer, following the label instructions.
Pruning: Like most roses, this variety responds well to pruning. Remove dead or damaged stems and spent flowers to encourage blooming and maintain the desired shape. Pruning should be done in late winter or early spring.
Soil: They adapt well to various soil types and substrates, provided they are light and rich in organic matter (they love humus). Soil should be well-drained, as they do not tolerate waterlogging.

Tip: Roses dislike excessive wind, but the chosen spot should be airy to prevent fungi on leaves and flowers.
