This is no traditional chicken rack. The versatile 2-in-1 design of the Gourmet BBQ System chicken rack allows you to grill the bird and the side dishes at the same time. Prepare a crispy but juicy chicken in the centre, while the vegetables cook slowly around it. Fill the container in the centre to prepare a juicy beer chicken or remove it and use the whole tray for vegetables or side dishes.
