How to Care

Abies Fraseri and Abies Nordman with roots are delivered potted. If you intend to plant it in the garden after the Christmas season, you should pay attention to several care requirements.

Location: The first factor to consider, being an outdoor plant, is that it should remain indoors for as short a time as possible. Indoors, it should be placed in a cool location away from heat sources such as fireplaces or heaters.

Watering: Firs should be watered regularly (don’t forget to place a saucer under the pot) to keep the soil moist, but without waterlogging, which can cause root rot.

Light: When planting the tree in the garden, you should choose a sunny location, but not too hot.

Substrate: It can be planted in all types of soil except calcareous soils.
