Fatsia is a plant with bright green foliage and a tropical appearance. Easy to maintain and combined with other plants of different textures and colours, it creates very interesting landscaping and ornamental effects. Indoors it doesn’t grow more than a metre high. Place it in a decorative ceramic vase on top of a chest of drawers or shelf in the living room to create a rustic atmosphere.
Fun fact: In Japan it is known as Yatsude (translation: eight fingers), named after the lobes on its leaves.
