The minimum purchase amount ensures the logistical viability of preparing and delivering orders, as well as maintaining the quality standards and Online Service provided by Horto do Campo Grande.

Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
After placing your order, payment must be made within 24 hours.
After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, the delivery date scheduled when placing the order may be compromised and the availability of items placed in the shopping cart will not be guaranteed.

Yes. Most products available in our Online Store can be delivered in mainland Portugal.
Flowers and Funeral Flowers are only available for delivery in Lisbon, Greater Lisbon and Setúbal Peninsula, in order to guarantee freshness and quality from the production of the arrangement to the moment of delivery.

We currently do not make international deliveries.
Weekend deliveries are only available in the Lisbon and Greater Lisbon area, for an additional fee of €4.
There is no delivery/dispatch service on weekends for: Flowers and Funeral Flowers in the Setúbal Peninsula or any other item from our Online Store whose delivery address is outside Lisbon or Greater Lisbon (the delivery service in mainland Portugal operates from Tue to Fri, except 25 December and 1 January).

Yes. In the purchase form you can select a delivery date, which can range from the same day (depending on the time you place the order and actually pay for it, and the product in question), up to 30 days after placing the order.
Yes, you can choose to pick up your products at one of our 3 Garden Centers (Campo Grande, Quinta da Eira-Sintra, and Fernão Ferro).
It is currently not possible to select a specific delivery time.
Delays in order dispatch may occur whenever there are stock shortages at the time of preparing an order (common in a Garden Centre, as plants are living beings and can perish and for this reason we do not guarantee the absolute availability of all products advertised in the online catalogue, in suitable conditions, at the time of dispatch); we are in special periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Christmas, Public Holidays and long weekends); payment for the order is not made immediately after completing the order (Multibanco Ref. option), as payment expires after 24 hours and products are not necessarily reserved. As items are not necessarily reserved until payment is confirmed, stock shortages or subsequent unavailability of some products may occur.

For products that do not belong to the Flowers or Funeral Flowers categories, delivery costs are: for purchases between €30 and €60 = €6.50, for purchases of €60 or more = free delivery.
Flowers and Funeral Flowers are perishable and sensitive products, handcrafted by our florists and delivered through our own distribution, on the day of delivery, to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.
For this reason, this service is only available in Lisbon, Greater Lisbon and Setúbal Peninsula, with specific delivery costs for each area.
The other products in the Online Store, such as plants, pots, substrates, fertilizers and decorative items, are dispatched by carrier to mainland Portugal, benefiting from a different logistical structure and lower delivery costs.
This distinction allows us to ensure that each product reaches its destination in the best possible conditions.

No. There are products that, due to their weight, size or fragility, are only available for pickup in store.
The photographs in the Online Store are real, but have an illustrative character as they show specimens in stock at the time the products were placed in the online catalogue.
The plants supplied will be similar to those in the photographs, however, being living beings, depending on the stage of the vegetative cycle they are in, they may vary in shape, appearance or size, presenting variations compared to the images. Natural differences in shape, appearance or size may be observed (e.g.: another leaf tone, with greater or lesser leaf density, with or without flower/fruit, etc).
Our arrangements are made by professional florists using flowers indicated in the photographs, and depending on the flowers available in stock at the date of the order, there may be variations in appearance or size.
All substitutions are made seeking to respect the style, value and general composition of the arrangement presented.
In case of stock shortage of any floral species/greenery, the team will proceed with the substitution for the most identical, fresh and available flower/greenery at the time of preparation, communicating with the customer only in case of lack of a specific species that may compromise the completion of a particular arrangement.
