Watering: Tolerates some drought but thrives best with moderate watering, avoiding waterlogged soil. In summer, water whenever the top layer of soil is dry.
Humidity: Adapts to moderately moist soils, as long as they are well-drained. It doesn’t like waterlogged soil.
Fertilization: Apply a balanced fertilizer (or one rich in phosphorus) in early spring and repeat every 4–6 weeks during the growing season to boost flowering.
Pruning: Light pruning is recommended in late winter or after flowering to control the plant’s size and stimulate new blooms. Removing spent flowers helps prolong the blooming period.
